The Puerto Rican Day Parade takes place every year on Fifth Avenue in New York City. The parade, which is always held on the second Sunday in June, honors the millions of Puerto Ricans in the United States and their heritage. If you keep an eye out, you’re also likely to see many celebrities. Crowds in excess of two million are expected to line Fifth Avenue on Sunday, June 14th for the 2009 Puerto Rican Day Parade. The parade will start at 11 am
